“Hands down Daphne Bousquet is the best realtor we have had! We have both rented and owned homes before, and so have worked with a number of realtors over the years. When we moved to Fayetteville, we were fortunate to find Daphne. She first helped us find a rental home on short notice. Then, she helped us transition to our own home. We had a number of conditions both times, as we have a baby and a dog. She carefully considered all our needs, and was very patient as we took our time to choose a home. Daphne also gave all the information we needed beforehand to make our decision. She was very prompt with responding to our questions even during weekends and evenings. She was flexible with her time and worked with our schedule. Also, she negotiated multiple times with the seller regarding price, repairs, and a new roof. Even after we moved in, she made sure we were settling in comfortably, and regularly visited us with gifts for our baby. We are glad that we not only found a good realtor but a good friend here. We highly recommend Daphne to anyone considering renting or buying a home in Fayette county.”

My wife and I highly recommend Daphne Bousquet. After watching many of Daphne’s online videos, it was clear she had deep knowledge of the area and was well-versed in the local market. That gave us the confidence to reach out—and we’re so glad we did. We gave Daphne a list of very specific (some might say picky!) must-haves for our new home, but she never flinched. Despite the challenge, she remained patient, focused, and determined to find us the perfect place. Relocating from the Chicago area made choosing the right location a bit more complex, but Daphne helped identify several great options. Ultimately, she found us a beautiful home in a fantastic neighborhood that we absolutely fell in love with. She also offered excellent recommendations for an attorney, inspection company, and even shared a list of trusted contractors for future projects I had in mind.
