Daphne was one of the best realtors we have ever used with our multiple relocations. She was extremely prepared when we flew in from Texas to find a home in a very short window of time to find a home! She was wonderful with spending long days with us and our two small children to meet our schedule and rearranging hers! Hands down Daphne Bousquet is the best realtor we have had! We have both rented and owned homes before, and so have worked with a number of realtors over the years. When we moved to Fayetteville, we were fortunate to find Daphne. She first helped us find a rental home on short notice. Then, she helped us transition to our own home. We had a number of conditions both times, as we have a baby and a dog. She carefully considered all our needs, and was very patient as we took our time to choose a home. Daphne also gave all the information we needed beforehand to make our decision. She was very prompt with responding to our questions even during weekends and evenings. She was flexible with her time and worked with our schedule. Also, she negotiated multiple times with the seller regarding price, repairs, and a new roof. Even after we moved in, she made sure we were settling in comfortably, and regularly visited us with gifts for our baby. We are glad that we not only found a good realtor but a good friend here. We highly recommend Daphne to anyone considering renting or buying a home in Fayette county.

Daphne is amazing! I came across Daphne Bousquet Real Estate on YouTube. I enjoyed how informative her videos were and contacted her to help my daughter and me find a new home in Georgia. We were so excited to have found Daphne to assist us with the home search.
