After watching many of Daphne’s online videos, it was clear she had deep knowledge of the area and was well-versed in the local market. That gave us the confidence to reach out—and we’re so glad we did. We gave Daphne a list of very specific (some might say picky!) must-haves for our new home, but she never flinched. Despite the challenge, she remained patient, focused, and determined to find us the perfect place. Relocating from the Chicago area made choosing the right location a bit more complex, but Daphne helped identify several great options. Ultimately, she found us a beautiful home in a fantastic neighborhood that we absolutely fell in love with. She also offered excellent recommendations for an attorney, inspection company, and even shared a list of trusted contractors for future projects I had in mind. Thanks to her professionalism and organization, the closing process went off without a hitch. Working with Daphne was a truly seamless experience from start to finish.

She was extremely prepared when we flew in from Texas to find a home in a very short window of time to find a home! She was wonderful with spending long days with us and our two small children to meet our schedule and rearranging hers! She was further dedicated to finding us exactly what we needed; in the area we wanted to match for a specific search on the best schools for our children! We have both rented and owned homes before, and so have worked with a number of realtors over the years. When we moved to Fayetteville, we were fortunate to find Daphne. She first helped us find a rental home on short notice. Then, she helped us transition to our own home. We had a number of conditions both times, as we have a baby and a dog. She carefully considered all our needs, and was very patient as we took our time to choose a home. Daphne also gave all the information we needed beforehand to make our decision. She was very prompt with responding to our questions even during weekends and evenings. She was flexible with her time and worked with our schedule. Also, she negotiated multiple times with the seller regarding price, repairs, and a new roof. Even after we moved in, she made sure we were settling in comfortably, and regularly visited us with gifts for our baby. We are glad that we not only found a good realtor but a good friend here. We highly recommend Daphne to anyone considering renting or buying a home in Fayette county.

Since we were not familiar with the southside of Atlanta, Daphne offered her “wealth of knowledge” for the surrounding area that we were interested in. Her expertise in real estate has made us feel at ease. She was prompt and courteous in every step of the way. Unfortunately, we didn’t make the purchase this time but we would not hesitate to call her for our future home search.

I came across Daphne Bousquet Real Estate on YouTube. I enjoyed how informative her videos were and contacted her to help my daughter and me find a new home in Georgia. The timeframe was not ideal being we were moving from out of state and had to wait for school to close. Daphne was so patient and proactive. I would send her an address and within hours she’ll be sending me a video of the home.
